Hey Everybody, I wanted to tell you about my trip to Europe for 3 RTBJJ Seminars.    My trip for Europe was Oct. 7th  through Oct 16th.  The first seminar was in Poland, at Exilados, the training camp started Saturday evening.   After traveling 20 hours I had 4 hours to rest and then went for the first session of training which was 2 hours.

Sunday, Monday and Tuesday we had 2 training sessions a day 2 hours each. In 3 and a half days we covered tons of positions, drills and more.  It was a great experience for those students and for me too.

The next day I got on a  train to go to Geneva, Switzerland with only 5 hours of sleep.

I took 6 hours on the train to get to Germany and then I flew home.
I think in 8 days I only had 4 hours a day to sleep (some days 3) but it was all worth it!!

Twenty Five hours later I was home and ready for the last week of training for Miami Open with my students from ATT Vero and students from the RTBJJ Association.
