Renato Tavares Pan 2011 Training
Hey guys, Today I’m starting to post my training for Pan’s.
I divided my 6 weeks of training in 4 different parts. First 2 weeks I focused in building my over all conditioning. I used a kettlebell to workout. I will post a VIDEO of the routine today.
The BJJ training was divided into 3 different routines: Monday, Wednesday and Friday I worked on positions in 3 rounds… of 8 minutes.
Tuesday I concentrated on specific training with 5 stations: Guard pass for 3 minutes and Guard for 3 minutes; Half guard top- 3 minutes and Half guard bottom 3min; Side control top and side control scape 3 minutes; Mount control 3 min and escape mount 3 min; Back control and back escape 3 min. After 10 minutes of training.
Thursdays we started with 4 training sessions of 8 minutes.
The first 2 weeks I didn’t do any diet to reduce the 9 pounds I was over because I needed the energy to train.
EVERY DAY THIS WEEK I WILL ADD SOME VIDEOS ABOUT ROUTINES, AND EXERCISES.
